Returns:
Clothing may be returned for exchange or refund of the merchandise price*. Returns and exchanges must be in original condition with all tags attached, and postmarked within 14 days of the initial shipping date. To return an item, simply fill out return slip enclosed with your purchase, and send the item insured to: rougegirl 110 Cooper St STE C, Santa Cruz, CA 95060. We will email you within 2-3 business days upon receiving the package response in reference to the status of your return.

* Upon receipt of returned goods, rouge has the right to deny credits if the merchandise does not meet the company return policy requirements.

All sales items and special orders are FINAL SALE. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All merchandise purchased at rougegirl.com CAN NOT be returned at any of the retail stores. We recommend UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. In the case that your return package is lost, Rouge can not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of the lost merchandise. Please note that if you send the package COD (Cash/Check on Delivery), it will not be accepted. Pending return approval, all refunds will be given in the same method of original payment. We will credit the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged. Shipping and handling is not refundable. We will process your credit within 2-3 business days of emailed return confirmation. Please allow for 1-2 billing cycles for the credit amount to appear on your statement. Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange a purchase, contact us and we will check item availability. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the item(s) you would like to exchange will be available. If an exchange is possible, we will gladly hold that item for you until your return gets to us.

Shipping:

UPS Ground- Delivery is from 3 to 5 business days. The cost of this service is $8.

UPS 3rd Day- Delivery is guaranteed in 3 business days. The cost of this service is $15.

UPS 2nd Day - 15 - Delivery is guaranteed in 2 business days. The cost of this service is $20.

International: International customers are responsible for duties, VATs, etc. We ship internationally by USPS Global Express Mail for a flat rate of $35.00. Delivery time is usually within 5-7 days of shipment.

Shipping status
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email, we will include the expected shipping date. You may contact us to check the status of your order.

Payment methods:
Currently we accept American Express, Visa, and Mastercard. Your credit card will be charged the day the merchandise is shipped. Should you cancel your order before you receive your package, shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Sales Tax:
We are required by law to add sales tax to each order shipped to California (8%). If you are shipping to any other destination in the U.S., sales tax will not be charged on your purchase.
